Your name, company, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address. We need these to take payment, manufacture the right unit and deliver it to the right place. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.
Your contact details and whatever you tell us about the job. We keep this so we can quote and follow up. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — answering a question you asked us.
If you accept cookies, we record which pages you looked at and which advert or search brought you here. If you decline, we do not. See our cookie policy.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment details as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, which is the period required for tax. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years and then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to us using it. Write to enquiries@extraspace.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
