How delivery is priced

Delivery is charged by postcode area and by how many units you are having. Enter your postcode at checkout and the exact charge is shown before you pay. There are no surprises added afterwards.

How quickly you can have it

StandardOur normal rotational schedule by postcode area, typically around four weeks. Included in the delivery charge.
Within 3 daysDelivered within three working days. Surcharge of £200 ex VAT.
Next dayDelivered within 48 hours. Surcharge of £250 ex VAT.
Same dayDelivered within 24 hours. Surcharge of £300 ex VAT.

Priority services are confirmed when you order and depend on the unit being available and the site being able to receive it.

What happens on the day

Flat-pack units are delivered on a rigid vehicle with a Hiab crane, typically 40ft long. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. Your site must be reachable by that vehicle and somebody must be there to accept the goods.

Because deliveries are often made by third-party hauliers, please check that everything you ordered — including accessories — is present before the driver leaves.

Helping us find you

Building sites and yards are often hard to find. Sending us a what3words reference for the exact drop point saves everyone a phone call.

If you cannot take delivery

If you are unable to accept delivery on the proposed date, the next available slot in your area is typically around four weeks later. Let us know as early as you can and we will do our best.
