We design the Expanda range and supply it direct. There is no distributor margin stacked on top, because there is no distributor.

The original, not a copy
The Expanda range has been made here since 1986. Copies exist. They are not built to the same specification and they do not last as long.

The price you see excludes VAT and delivery, and delivery is quoted from your postcode before you pay. There is no other charge.

Insulate it later, in minutes
An optional insulation pack of galvanised steel panels clips onto the pre-engineered profiles inside. No other flat-pack store offers this — so you are not committing to insulated or not on day one.
Stainless steel hinges
Better security and a better appearance, and they will not weep rust down the door over time.
Thicker door and frame
Increased steel thickness exactly where a store is most often attacked.
Die-cast aluminium roof corners
Purpose-designed corners in place of folded edges — stronger, tidier, and they take the knocks when a unit is moved from site to site.

How quickly can I have one?
Standard delivery runs on a rotational schedule by postcode area and is typically around four weeks from order. If you need it sooner we offer delivery within three days, within 48 hours, or same day within 24 hours for a surcharge, chosen at checkout.
Do I need a crane or a forklift?
No. Flat-pack units arrive in panels and are assembled on site by two people using ordinary hand tools. There is no crane hire and no hardstanding requirement.
Is delivery included in the price?
No — delivery is priced separately from your postcode and shown in full before you pay. There is nothing added afterwards.
Are you a designer or a reseller?
Yes. Every unit is made from our base in Lingfield, Surrey. You are buying from the source, so there is no margin stacked on top and technical questions get answered properly.
Can I buy on account?
